CICA Life of America named John its featured Brand Ambassador in its Q2 2026 Progress newsletter. Here are the numbers they reported for him:

CICA asked John what keeps his clients on the books. Here’s part of what he told them:
There are not 2-3 major things. There are a million little things. But the key for me is that I deliver policies. I’m a face-to-face agent. I answer my phone. I return calls if I’m at home. I help with beneficiary changes, bank updates, moves, and even claims. I am considered “old school”. But so are my customers. I also send handwritten “Thank you” notes to my clients!
