What is the main difference between agents who succeed and agents who fail? (part 1)

We had seven agents that just got back this week from a 9-day company convention in Europe. They had a long flight back and arrived on Monday. No one was looking over their shoulder telling them to get back to work 1st thing Tuesday. But they were all out there hitting it hard running appointments just off of their own drive and desire for success.

Here is an email that Travis just sent out to all of our agents:

“Before calling it a night I felt compelled to send out this mid-week note to the Pirate Ship…  I mentioned it on GroupMe today, but I was so inspired by Nick, Kevin, Brandon, and Corey…  Some of the FEX agents who returned from a week in Europe after traveling for nearly 24 hours, who shared on GroupMe they had appointments and running leads today.

I know they are all exhausted and could have easily just relaxed at home for a few days recovering from their travels.  Their determination and drive I found very inspiring and motivational.  I cannot wait to go out tomorrow and put some business in the pipeline.

In addition, today I received a recording from one of those European qualifiers and KSKJ qualifiers, Kevin Mason (The Undertaker)…  If Kevin who qualified for two carrier conventions in one year sends recordings what is your excuse?

Your goals can be far in the distance, but you can reach them with a consistent effort and never-ending improvement.  Do something every day, but especially Friday morning to get a little closer.

I also received a recording today from Bill Dowdell that is nothing short of a pure masterpiece.  If presentations were paintings Bill’s presentation would be in the Louvre with armed guards.  There may only be 2 other agents I know of who may have closed this lady.

Bill is skillful with a phenomenal command of higher-level goal oriented strategy.  I hope to share it with you all this Friday.

Finish your week strong and don’t lose by not hitting your goal!  Record, Record, Record, and absolutely do not stop knocking on doors and running appointments until you have hit your weekly goal.
