Our agents get to participate each Friday Morning in an open forum Agent Training call. During these calls Travis Tubbs leads us through every aspect of selling Final Expense Life Insurance. Travis has fine tuned many successful FE agents throughout the years and keeps his own personal production at remarkable levels. Most FMOs train agents with theories they THINK will work. Travis PROVES his methods work and all you have to do is repeat it.
During the calls we discuss such topics as: Choosing the right companies to sell, the fine details of working leads, setting appointments vs. door knocking, how to set appointments from your direct mail leads, how to set appointments from telemarketed leads, why all leads are not equal, how to present in the home, Things that kill the sale, how to wedge out your competitors, how to run your business successfully, and many, many more.

One of the most important things to keeping your success on track is keeping your attitude and skill set sharp. You can’t just “learn” everything and then go out there and do it week after week. Participation in our weekly calls will greatly help your success by keeping you charged up and keeping your skill set high.
Travis and Newby put a LOT of time into the agent mentoring and we give it to our agents for free as an added value. The only thing required of you is that you place ALL your FE business through our carriers. You get highest commission you can get anywhere (we never ask any agent to take any reduction from his commission when moves his companies to us) and you are always paid directly from the companies.
The recorded meetings are password protected for our agent’s use only. Once you are contracted you will have full access to them. And the first rule of the Friday FexAgent calls is…don’t discuss the FexAgent calls. Don’t teach the competition what they are doing wrong.
