When you contract through fexcontracting.com you are completely independent. You are paid directly from the insurance company. You do NOT work for us. You can market your insurance products anywhere and however you want with no restrictions as long as it’s legal and within the guidelines of what the insurance company allows.

Our job is to assist in getting you appointed and helping you understand the products the insurance company provides.
Fexcontracting provides agent contracts at street level or better and we have no minimum production requirements on the posted contract levels. Your contract MAY be dropped if you go a year or more with NO production for any given company.
We occasionally run promotions through our agency that are exclusive to agents contracted through us. As a contracted and producing agent, you will have full access to our website that will have a LOT of useful information for final expense agents.
Our agency promotes focusing on the SAME behaviors that made US successful.
We encourage agents to take shorter advances. Taking the maximum advance is a sure way to become enslaved to the insurance company AND your FMO (upline). You ALWAYS owe them money. (You are welcome to take up to 75% advances if you want to.)
By taking shorter advances and higher renewals you are building your future. The automatic income of renewals and as earned commissions has a snowballing effect and builds your agency strong and profitable.
There are a LOT of FMOs that you can choose from for your final expense business. But very few can offer you guidance about how to be successful focusing on FE unless they shave your commissions for being a part of their organization. We are that happy medium. FULL commissions and FULL renewals PLUS we can offer you a lot of information that will help you make yourself successful.
