It’s priced lower than Gerber or AIG and has 50% death benefit after the 12th month. 100% after 24 months. They accept most heath conditions including oxygen use if not full time, cancer survivors with no look back if no current cancer. And most everything else except current confinment, AIDS, current cancer, etc.
Street commission is 75% but 5% bump up for just proof of $100,000 annual FE production and additional bumps at $250,000, $500,000 etc. 6-month advance and 10-year renewals.
