I have always used an automated database to send the right letters to the right people at the right time. If I sold someone today I don’t want to forget to thank them, ask for referrals, ask for cross sales, remember them on their birthday and Christmas, etc.
BUT who has time for all that?

I changed my automated system over to Send Out Cards last year and it is the BEST thing I ever did. I was resistant because it’s sold through multi-level marketing and that usually means hyped-up BS. But in this case it’s not. This gets MORE call-ins and referrals for me than the expensive Activator system I used for years.
